Minnesota Roadrunners

Tyler is a crafty point guard from the Academy of Holy Angels. Last season he averaged 9 pts and 5 assists per game for the Stars helping guide them to the section championship game.  Ty has the ability to be a tremendous leader and next season he will be team captain.

Josh is one of three Roadrunner players from Farmington High School.  An exceptional athlete who also is a standout wide receiver in football and an all-conference hurdler in track.  Josh was all-conference honorable mention this past season averaging 18 points 6 rebounds and 4 assists per contest.

C.J. is a jet quick guard from Lakeville North. He is a good ball-handler who also plays great defense on the opposing team's point guard. In his first season of varsity action this past season, C.J. averaged over 7pts per game with a season high of 17pts.

Sahr (with fellow Roadrunner Tyler Bredow) will captain Holy Angels in 2008-09.  Sahr is a good athlete with great rebounding instincts. Last season he put up 8 ppg and 8 rpg helping his team to a 17-10 record.  An outstanding football player as well, he plays wide receiver for the Stars.

Ben is one of the fastest players on the Roadrunner squad (also a top receiver in football!) who has great ability to score in transition. Ben helped Prior Lake to the conference championship this past season and will be a team captain this next season.  He is a very competitive player who makes a big impact in games with his ability to score points in bunches.

Mike is a versatile forward who is vastly expanding his game.  He was all-conference in the very tough Suburban- East Conference this past season averaging nearly 17 ppg and over 9 rpg.  Mike is very athletic and he can control the game with shot-blocking and rebounding skills. A great student with a 3.7 GPA and 30 on his ACT.

Lipp is one of the team's best athletes as he uses his leaping ability to score on offensive rebounds and finish drives above the rim.  This past season Jake was all-conference and averaged 17 ppg and 8.2 rpg at Farmington High including a game high of 36 points.  Jake is another multi-sport athlete for MSB as he is an all-conference high jumper for the track team.

Blake is a solid all-around player who will be a captain for the South High School team next season.  He averaged 15 ppg and 7 rpg last season with a high game of 28 pts. Blake is a tough player to guard as he can hit the three-pointer and is a creative scorer in the post.

David is in his second season with the Roadrunners and he's the only returning player from the 2007 team.  David was named a pre-season Top 30 Junior in Minnesota this past season.  At 6'8" David is one of the team's best shooters and he is improving his overall scoring ability.

David is the team's biggest player at 6'9" 220# and he is improving in every game he plays. In his first varsity season he averaged 7 pts and 7 rebounds per game.  David has good post moves. He is a great rebounder who is very aggressive in the post.
